App help and feedback

For account questions, technical problems, beta feedback, or general help, email us with a short description of the issue. Screenshots can be useful when they do not reveal information you would rather keep private.

Privacy requests

You can use the same email address to ask about your personal information or exercise a privacy right, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Read the Privacy Policy for details.

Safety reports

To report conduct, content, or another safety concern connected with Wavio, email us with the relevant context. Do not put yourself at risk to collect evidence. The Safety Guidelines explain the limits of the service and safer ways to use it.

Emergencies

Wavio is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for official maritime, rescue, police, or medical services. If there is immediate danger or an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service or maritime rescue authority directly.
